Post Construction Rough Cleaning



*During this initial phase we remove and clean all construction debris including dust, caulking, paint overspray and adhesives from all horizontal and vertical surfaces.
*We remove all floor protectants
*Sweep, dust and vacuum all floors
*Clean interior of windows removing excess paint over spray and texture mud from glass
*Clean and remove dust from all cabinets and countertops.
*Remove excess grout from tiled areas
*Remove tape from all surfaces

Light Clean

The light clean phase... is the most labor-intensive phase of the post-construction cleanup, and it also requires the most equipment. Restrooms, kitchens, and other rooms that serve a specific purpose will be attended to. Installations like toilets, sinks, windows, cabinets, and counters will get a thorough cleaning as well.

Exterior Construction Cleanup


 

For projects where the construction included exterior work, our team will also do a pass of cleaning that includes picking up any debris outside, making sure caulk and paint are finished correctly, and wiping down windows on the exterior. Sometimes this phase is simply a part of the light clean phase as well—whatever makes the most sense for your project. 


  Post Construction Final Cleaning


*Remove Crystalline Silica dust from all horizontal and vertical surfaces including ceiling fans, light fixtures, top of cabinets, top of doorways, trim, baseboards and furniture.
 

*Inside of all windows glass cleaned, window sill cleaned and wiped down, vacuum tracks, clean inside and out of slider doors and tracks as well


.*Clean and sterilize all kitchen cabinets inside and out, dust off top of cabinets, scrub countertops

*Clean microwave inside and out, clean outside only of other appliances.


.*Bathroom(s) dust all light fixtures, switches and outlets, clean mirror(s), top of cabinets, sterilize inside and outside of cabinets, sterilize countertops, sterilize commode(s) inside, outside and floor around and sinks and faucets


.*Sweep and vacuum all floors, use commercial grade floor scrubber to scrub and lift all traffic and dust marks from floors to bring back to like new condition


.*Use dual HEPA filtered air scrubber to remove 99.9% of all construction dust so no resettling after cleaning is complete
